Over the years, the Canyon Lake POA has had issues with individuals dumping construction materials, palm fronds, trash, and other trash into the dumpsters.
In the last two months, there have been several incidents of non-campers bringing in truck loads and filling up the dumpsters late at night. This issue was discussed at the June 2022 Rules Committee. As such, the POA Board of Directors on Tuesday approved a 28-day reading to add new rule GR2.23: No unauthorized dumping in any CLPOA dumpster/trash can. Additional disposal costs incurred by CLPOA will be billed.
The fine for violating rule GR2.23 is $250 per occurrence plus any additional disposal costs.
