On August 1, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association presented its Community Patrol report for June. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 386 calls for service.
In addition to 76 warnings, staff issued 128 citations to members, 103 citations to guests, and two citations to service providers.
Staff issued 33 speeding citations, 88 parking citations, 62 failure to stop at a stop sign citations, two noise citations, and 37 miscellaneous citations.
Thirty-four e-bike citations and six prohibited vehicle citations were issued.
Four citations for unauthorized entry and five citations for misuse of access identification were issued. Eighty-six guest passes were confiscated.
Nine citations for vandalism and 26 citations for property damage were issued.
The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association contracts its Community Patrol services. Community Patrol’s primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1, not Community Patrol.
