The Canyon Lake POA invites residents to participate in the Community Garage Sale on Saturday, September 24, and Sunday, September 25.
This two-day event allows residents to hold a garage sale without having to obtain a garage sale permit from the POA. All items must be removed from the front lot by 5 p.m. on Sunday. Residents who do not comply may be subject to a citation.
Residents who wish to have their garage sale added to the POA’s interactive map must sign up no later than Friday, September 16 at www.clpoa.com/communitysale.
Garage sales held on alternative dates must still obtain a garage sale permit and follow the Rules & Regulations related to garage sales.
