On February 3, the Canyon Lake POA presented the Community Patrol report for December 2022.
Community Patrol received 73 calls for service and issued 376 citations.
Five speeding citations were issued by staff. The speed trailers issued 32 speeding citations.
Staff confiscated 93 guest passes and issued one citation for gate running.
There were 134,654 RFID entries at the main gate, 66,270 RFID entries at the east gate, and 39,106 RFID entries at the north gate.
There were 36,308 guest entries at the main gate, 23,451 guest entries at the east gate, and 14,715 guest entries at the north gate.
Staff issued 16,428 guest passes at the main gate, 11,025 guest passes at the east gate, and 7,288 guest passes at the north gate.
Community Patrol services are provided by the Canyon Lake POA. Its primary functions are rules and regulations compliance, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting to the POA.
Community Patrol can assist with barking or loose dogs, illegal fishing, loud noise complaints, motorcycle riding in the community, speeding vehicles, parking violations, vehicle accidents, and other non-emergency incidents.
