Canyon Lake POA presents Community Patrol report for February

On April 5, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (POA) presented the Community Patrol report for the month of February.

Community Patrol received 175 calls for service and issued 98 member citations, 42 guest citations, four service provider citations, and 116 warning citations.

The speed trailers issued 46 speeding citations.

Staff issued 280 parking citations, four golf cart-related citations, and eight e-bike-related citations.

Seventeen citations were issued for property damage and three citations were issued for vandalism.

One noise citation and 43 miscellaneous citations were issued.

Staff confiscated 193 guest passes and issued seven citations for unauthorized entry.

The POA contracts its Community Patrol services. Its primary functions are rules and regulations compliance, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting to the POA. For emergencies or to report a crime, call 9-1-1.
