Canyon Lake POA presents Community Patrol report for January

On March 1, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (POA) presented the Community Patrol report for the month of January.

Community Patrol received 247 calls for service and issued 92 member citations, 82 guest citations, one service provider citation, and 147 warning citations.

Six speeding citations were issued by staff. The speed trailers issued 78 speeding citations.

Staff issued 167 parking citations, one golf cart-related citation, and two e-bike-related citations.

Sixteen citations were issued for property damage. Three citations were issued for noise.

Staff confiscated 176 guest passes and issued 15 citations for unauthorized entry.

Staff issued 14840 guest passes at the main gate, 9825 at the east gate, and 6390 at the north gate.

There were 247,101 RFID entries at the main gate, 77,951 at the east gate, and 77,951 at the north gate.

The POA contracts its Community Patrol services. Its primary functions are rules and regulations compliance, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting to the POA. For emergencies or to report a crime, call 9-1-1.
