On August 28, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (CLPOA) presented its July Community Patrol report. The report highlighted Community Patrol’s activities, showing 366 calls for service.
In addition to 70 warnings, staff issued 73 citations to members and 60 citations to guests.
Staff issued four speeding citations, 74 parking citations, one failure to stop at a stop sign citation, five noise citations, five prohibited vehicle citations, nine non-registered golf cart citations, and six e-bike citations.
Eleven citations were issued for property damage, and three were issued for vandalism.
Four citations were issued for unauthorized entry, and four were issued for misuse of access identification. Fifty-eight guest passes were confiscated.
The CLPOA contracts its Community Patrol services. Community Patrol’s primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1.
