On June 28, the Canyon Lake POA presented its Community Patrol report for the month of May.
Community Patrol issued 225 citations to members, 273 citations to guests, and one citation to a service provider. Staff also issued 407 warnings.
The speed trailers issued 56 speeding citations. Staff issued 336 parking citations, 11 unauthorized entry citations, 22 e-bike-related citations, and three noise citations.
In addition to 121 citations issued for miscellaneous violations, staff issued nine citations for vandalism and 19 citations for property damage.
The POA contracts its Community Patrol services. Its primary functions are compliance with rules and regulations, gate access control, and incident observation and reporting to the POA. For emergencies or to report a crime, residents should call 9-1-1, not Community Patrol.
