The Canyon Lake POA is requesting bids to renovate the 40-year-old restroom building at Happy Camp, 30550 Longhorn Drive. Bids are due by January 21.
Improvements include ADA-compliant stalls and showers, modernization to the interior with new lighting, paint, partitions, fixtures, countertops, tile, and concrete floor. Exterior upgrades to include new stucco, stone veneer, doors, windows, LED bollards, roof, and patio cover.
