On the heels of Director Brian Bock’s sudden resignation on August 2, the Canyon Lake POA is seeking candidates to fill Bock’s vacant seat on the board of directors for the remainder of his term, which ends in May 2023.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, a prime or associate member in good standing, and a member of the association for at least one year.
Applications are available on the POA’s website and are due due by Tuesday, August 9, at 5 p.m.
The Canyon Lake POA five-member board of directors are collectively responsible for the management and operation of the POA’s business affairs. The board directors are elected by at-large for staggered two-year terms. The terms are staggered with three directors in odd years and two directors in even years.
