Canyon Lake POA to host 40th Annual Tree Lighting Festival

The Canyon Lake Lodge will turn into a winter wonderland for the 40th Annual Tree Lighting Festival on Sunday, November 27, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Hosted by the Canyon Lake POA, in partnership with the Junior Women’s Club (JWC), the Tree Lighting Festival features holiday entertainment and activities. Santa will be arriving by fire truck at approximately 5:30 p.m. to light the lodge tree.

Festivities include a visit and photos with Santa, the official lighting of the tree, a Ferris wheel ride, a rock climbing wall, a 360 photo booth, balloon animal creators, a face painter, a large petting zoo, a bounce house, a LED toy vendor, food vendors, and more. Holiday music will be provided by DJ Mike Shroyer of Good Time Entertainment.

Family activities are free. Food will be available for purchase.

JWC will be holding a toy drive and raffle. Bring a new unwrapped toy to the JWC booth and receive a free raffle ticket. One raffle ticket will be given for every toy donated. The raffle will be held at approximately 6:40 p.m.
