Canyon Lake POA transitions to new access company

The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (POA) is transitioning from its current access company, dwellingLive, to a new provider, GoAccess.

On January 13, GoAccess will email residents with detailed instructions to help them access and navigate the new access system. The POA emphasized that GoAccess is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.

According to the POA, this transition to the new access company is due to several concerns with dwellingLive, including ongoing issues with guest access and inadequate customer support. “GoAccess offers more reliable guest access solutions, superior customer support, and a cost-effective pricing structure,” the POA said.
