Canyon Lake property owners urged to turn in POA election ballots

The Canyon Lake POA is urging Canyon Lake property owners to turn in their POA election ballots before Wednesday, May 15.

One-third of the voting power (1,600 out of 4,800 ballots) must return their ballots or be present in person at the meeting for the Annual Meeting to be held. To date, only 1029 ballots have been returned. If quorum is not met by May 15, an alternate meeting is scheduled, which is an added expense for the POA.

Ballots may be dropped off at the Community Patrol office on Blue Bird Drive by Tuesday, May 14. The final deadline to return a ballot is Wednesday, May 15, at 8 a.m. at the lodge.

There are three ballot measures in addition to the election of two board of directors.
