Canyon Lake resident Hans Weg had the honor of escorting Santa in the 33rd Annual City of Perris Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 9.
Santa’s Elf was played by Weg’s eight-year-old grandson, Luke Weg.
Weg’s 1965 Ford Galaxie Convertible received a second place trophy in the Classic Car category.
Weg has participated in the parade for the last nine years. This is his third year escorting Santa.
