The Canyon Lake Ski Club presented its Ray Novak Memorial Award to Jeananne and Frank Woodman, recognizing their ongoing dedication to the club.

The Ray Novak Memorial Award is presented annually to a club member whose commitment and contributions enrich the club’s community.

Frank’s three-year service on the Ski Club board, including his current role as vice president, highlights his unwavering commitment to advancing the club’s mission. In addition to his board position, Frank is part of the team that maintains the jump at the Jump Lagoon.

As an avid skier, Frank shares his passion by driving his boat for fellow skiers, embodying the spirit of camaraderie within the club.

During the summer, Frank served as a driver for youth skiers participating in the three-day CLEAR Foundation waterski and wakeboard camp, demonstrating his commitment to nurturing the next generation of enthusiasts.

Jeananne’s integral role in managing the club’s membership and overseeing the club’s presence at community events further underscores the Woodmans’ shared commitment to the club’s success.

Along with Frank, Jeananne manages the club’s booth at community events and assists with the club’s annual Breakfast with Santa event.
