Canyon Lake residents are invited to kick off the summer season at the first Taco Tuesday of the year on Tuesday, June 16, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Canyon Lake Lodge.
Guests can enjoy taco specials inside the lodge or purchase dinner from The Big Easy Sandwich food truck parked outside. Tiki Treatz will also be on-site serving sweet treats throughout the evening.
On the lodge grounds, children will find plenty of entertainment, including multiple water slides, a jumper, face painting, games, and music provided by a DJ.
Additional Taco Tuesday dates are June 23, June 30, July 14, July 21, and July 28. Three Taco Tuesdays, June 23, July 21, and July 28, will feature a movie on the lodge lawn at dusk.
Reservations are not available on the Sunset Lounge and Terrace during Taco Tuesdays; seating is first-come, first-served. The taco buffet will be served in the Holiday Bay Room, and the bar will be open inside the lodge.
