The City of Canyon Lake is continuing its Memorial Day tradition of placing an American flag in every yard in the community in honor of the nation’s heroes.
Volunteers will be planting 4,800 flags in yards throughout the community between May 21 and May 23. This initiative, which has become an annual event, serves as a powerful visual reminder of the sacrifices made by military service members.
