The Canyon Lake Wakeboard Club announced the cancellation of its remaining 2024 events, including its community Learn to Ride Day scheduled for September 7.
According to the club, the decision stems from a combination of factors, including a shortage of volunteers and boats, specific stipulations imposed on the club by the city and POA, and rising insurance costs.
As the club looks ahead to the 2025 season, it is actively seeking committed volunteers, particularly residents with wakeboard boats registered in Canyon Lake.
