Canyon Lake youngsters are invited to learn to ride a bicycle during the Park Hopper event on Memorial Day weekend.
The Learn to Ride a Bike event, sponsored by the Canyon Lake Bible Club and the Pickleball Club, will be held on Saturday, May 29, and Sunday, May 30, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the basketball courts at East Port Park. This is a free event.
“We use a proven technique where kids learn to ride a bike within 15 to 30 minutes,” said Thor Ramsey of the Bible Club. “If parents want to take the headache and frustration out of trying to teach their kids how to ride a bike without training wheels, bring them to this event and we’ll teach them for you.”
Ramsey taught this technique for two years in Redlands, California, and saw great results. “Using this proven technique, we taught about 60 kids how to ride a bike.”
