The City of Canyon Lake invites Canyon Lake high school seniors to enter its essay contest for a chance to win a $1,500 scholarship.
Students must submit an essay on how living in Canyon Lake has impacted them or how they would improve Canyon Lake for future generations.
Essays must be 500 to 750 words in length, in PDF format, and should be accompanied by the student’s resume, including any job experience, extracurricular activities, etc.
Participants must be a Canyon Lake resident and a high school senior at the time of submission. Entries are limited to one per student.
Essays must be submitted to [email protected] by Thursday, April 20, at 5 p.m.
