The City of Lake Elsinore is inviting residents, businesses, community partners, and regional stakeholders to its 2026 State of the City Address on Thursday, October 8. A VIP reception (ticket required) will be held at 5 p.m., followed by the State of the City Address (free and open to the public with registration) at 6 p.m.
This year’s theme, “Focus on the Dream,” reflects the city’s momentum, shared vision, and commitment to building a stronger future for the Lake Elsinore community.
Presented by Mayor Robert “Bob” Magee, this annual event will highlight the city’s progress, from economic development and infrastructure investments to public safety and community improvements. Attendees will hear updates on major projects, future opportunities, and the city’s long-term vision for growth and success.
Mayor Magee’s address will highlight economic development projects and investment opportunities, infrastructure improvements and regional connectivity, growth and development throughout the city, public safety enhancements and community investments, and a forward-looking vision centered on opportunity, innovation, and community pride.

Prior to the main program, guests are invited to attend an exclusive VIP reception featuring networking opportunities with Mayor Magee, city leadership, elected officials, business leaders, developers, and community partners. VIP guests will enjoy early event access, hosted refreshments and food, preferred seating for the State of the City Address, networking opportunities with regional leaders and stakeholders, and an exclusive VIP sponsor giveaway.
