The City of Lake Elsinore and CR&R are partnering to host a free Community Clean-Up for Lake Elsinore residents on Saturday, April 2, from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Parking Lot C at Diamond Stadium. Entrance will be allowed on Diamond Drive only.
A valid ID and event entrance notice are required. Event notices were mailed to residents with their CR&R bills.
Acceptable items include green waste, metals, electronics, household items, and large items such as sofas, chairs, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and mattresses. Rims must be removed from tires. A maximum of nine tires will be accepted. Commercial tires will not be accepted.
Unacceptable items include automotive parts, engines, paints, propane tanks, gas/oil containers, fluorescent lights, batteries, construction debris, and hazardous materials and liquids. These items can be disposed of on the first Saturday of each month between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Public Works Yard, 512 N. Langstaff St.
Residents must unload their own vehicles. All dumping must be placed in provided containers. Children and pets must remain in vehicles.
