The City of Menifee’s Office of Economic Development is inviting commercial real estate and developer professionals from across the California region to a hosted appreciation luncheon celebrating Menifee’s broker professionals. The event will be held on Thursday, March 24, at 11:30 a.m. at Menifee’s Fairfield Inn & Suites, 30140 Town Center Dr. This year’s appreciation luncheon theme is “Team Menifee.”
Commercial brokers are invited to explore opportunities in Menifee for uses and targeted industries in demand such as unique/boutique eateries, medical and professional office space, and key entertainment offerings.
Attendees will learn about Menifee’s streamlined approval process that provides a one-stop setting to help customers save time and money. Brokers will also have the opportunity to directly connect with Menifee’s development team, executive team, and city council.
