City of Menifee to host first Adaptive Sports Fair

The City of Menifee will be hosting its first Adaptive Sports Fair on Saturday, February 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Spirit Park, 25507 Normandy Rd. This event is designed for all ages and abilities.

Partnering with community organizations, this event aims to provide resources and access to a range of adaptive sports and activities. From tennis and basketball to pickleball and disc golf, there’s something for everyone.

Attendees can watch or participate in demonstrations tailored to accommodate any ability.

To enhance the experience, food vendors will be on-site, and information booths will offer valuable insights. It’s a day where inclusivity meets excitement, celebrating the spirit of adaptive sports in the Menifee community.

“Menifee has many great local parks for friends and families to get out and play sports together,” Mayor Bill Zimmerman said. “Menifee’s first Adaptive Sports Fair will allow attendees to learn a new sport in a fun environment designed for all ages and abilities.”
