The City of Menifee invites the community to bring their blankets, chairs, and snacks and enjoy movies under the stars at its Movies in the Park nights on June, 10, July 22, and August 5. Movies start at dusk. Fun activities and competitions will take place before each movie.
Movies in the Park kicks off with Zootopia on Friday, June 10, at Centennial Park, 31166 Shire Horse Wy. The featured movie on Friday, July 22, at Talavera Park and Friday, August 5, at La Ladera Park will be determined by a vote of the community. To vote, visit cityofmenifee.us/specialevents. Voting closes one week before each movie.
Three additional summer movies will play at Menifee’s Moonlight Markets, featuring family activities, themed nights, costume contests, vendors, and more. Moonlight Markets will be held on June 17 (carnival theme), July 15 (cars theme), and July 29 (superheroes theme) at Central Park, 30268 Civic Plaza Dr. Markets start at 6:30 p.m. Movies start at dusk.
