The City of Menifee is throwing a Birthday Bash to commemorate its 32nd anniversary of incorporation.
The celebration will be held on Saturday, June 24, from 2 to 9 p.m. at California Oaks Sports Park, 40600 California Oaks Rd. This event is free and open to the public.
Enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, a firefighter’s hose down, food vendors, and the eagerly anticipated fireworks show at 9 p.m.
Live music on the main stage will start at 5 p.m. with Skynyrd and Company, a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band. K-Tel All-Stars will be rocking 70s tunes at 7 p.m.
Visitors are encouraged to bring folding chairs and blankets for seating. Umbrellas and shades are allowed until sunset. Pets, alcohol, smoking, and barbecues are not permitted.
“This is a true community event and everybody is invited to celebrate the city’s birthday with entertainment
and fun,” Murrieta City Manager Kim Summers said. “It’s a great way to kick off summer and a great day to enjoy with family and friends.”
