The City of Murrieta is set to celebrate its 34th anniversary of cityhood with a lively Birthday Bash on Saturday, June 28, from 2 to 9 p.m. at California Oaks Sports Park, located at 40600 California Oaks Rd.
This family-friendly event will feature a variety of activities, including a kids’ zone, food vendors, a firefighter’s hose down at 4:30 p.m., a Duran Duran tribute concert at 5 p.m., a Journey tribute concert at 7:15 p.m., and a fireworks show at 9 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public. Visitors are encouraged to bring folding chairs or blankets for seating.
