City of Murrieta to host Spring Eggstravaganza and Rec Expo

Hunt for eggs and learn more about the classes and programs offered by the Community Services Department at Murrieta’s Spring Eggstravaganza and Rec Expo on Saturday, April 8, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Town Square Park, 11 Town Square.

An egg hunt, featuring more than 10,000, will be held for kids two to 10 years old. The schedule is as follows:

  • 9:30 to 10 a.m.: 2 years and under and special needs area
  • 9:30 a.m.: 3 years
  • 9:45 a.m.: 4 years
  • 10 a.m.: 5 years
  • 10:15 a.m.: 6 years
  • 10:30 a.m.: 7 and 8 years
  • 10:45 a.m.: 9 and 10 years

Parents will not be permitted in the main egg hunt area.

At the Rec Expo from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., learn more about the city’s classes and programs and meet the instructors.
