City of Murrieta to host Spring Eggstravaganza

The City of Murrieta invites kids ages two through 10 to hunt for more than 10,000 eggs at its Spring Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 16, at Town Square Park, 11 Town Square. Participants should bring a bag or basket to put their eggs in.

Egg hunt times are as follows:

  • 2 years and under/special needs – From 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., there will be a separate egg hunt area for children under two years old and children with special needs. In this area, the city will provide everyone who enters a bag with eggs. Parents are then able to help hide the eggs for their children inside the egg hunt area, but are not permitted in the main egg hunt area.
  • 3 years – 9:30 a.m.
  • 4 years – 9:45 a.m.
  • 5 years – 10:00 a.m.
  • 6 years – 10:15 a.m.
  • 7 and 8 years – 10:30 a.m.
  • 9 and 10 years – 10:45 a.m.
