City of Temecula to host 4th of July extravaganza

Celebrate Independence Day at the City of Temecula’s 4th of July extravaganza, featuring a community parade, activities, entertainment, and fireworks show.

Kick off the morning with spirited marchers and patriotic entries at the 4th of July Parade at 10 a.m. at the intersection of Old Town Front and 2nd Streets. The parade will travel north on Old Town Front St. and end at 6th Street. The parade consists of marchers, equestrians, floats, autos, bands, local businesses, organizations, and more.  

In the afternoon, enjoy family fun and festivities at Ronald Reagan Sports Park. The celebration features entertainment, food vendors, and activities for kids. The park opens at 6 p.m. and the festivities start at 2 p.m. Entertainment is free excluding vendors.

The day culminates with a spectacular fireworks show at 9 p.m.
