Canyon Lake City Manager Chris Mann announced yesterday that the city closed escrow last Thursday, March 26, on the purchase of 31542 Railroad Canyon Rd.
The building is currently occupied by tenants, including New Hope Church. The city has no plans to relocate its offices to the new building at this time.
The city is currently working on putting property management practices in place and notifying the tenants of the change Mann said.
