Photo by Canyon Lake Insider.When the Canyon Lake Association of Men (CLAMS) learned that the crew at the Canyon Lake Fire Department didn’t have a barbecue for their barbecue island, they sprang into action.
Two weeks later, during the fire station’s grand opening, CLAMS President Harry Larson and Vice President Mark Inkrote presented a $1,000 check to Fire Chief Jeff LaTendresse.
“The Fire Department is extremely grateful for the generous donation by the Canyon Lake Association of Men,” LaTendresse said. “During the recently completed remodel at the fire station the barbeque island was renovated but there was not a budget for a new barbeque. The funds donated by the CLAMS will go to completing this project. Again, your Firefighters continued to be so amazed by the support from the community and are forever grateful.”
