The Canyon Lake Yacht Club and Pickleball Club partnered to show gratitude for the POA’s Marine Patrol and Operations staff by hosting a barbecue.
On Thursday, club representatives took the lead in cooking and serving a hearty meal to about 40 Marine Patrol and Operations personnel. Staff enjoyed a lunch featuring carne asada, rice, beans, and chips and salsa. The POA provided drinks.
This event was a way for both clubs to show their gratitude to Marine Patrol and Operations staff, who play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for the community.
“We wanted to show our appreciation to Operations for all their hard in keeping the community clean and Marine Patrol for keeping the lake safe,” Yacht Club Commodore Rob Mora said.
