Riverside County to open three new coronavirus testing sites

Riverside County is opening three new coronavirus testing sites on Tuesday, bringing the total number of community-based testing locations throughout the county to 16. The new sites are located in Corona, San Jacinto, and Temecula.

Testing at 921 S. Belle Ave. in Corona and 790 S. State St. in San Jacinto starts Tuesday, May 26, and continues Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A state-run testing site that previously operated at the Mead Valley Community Center will move to the Grace Mellman Library at 41000 County Center Dr. in Temecula. Testing here starts Tuesday, May 26, and continues Tuesday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

There are four county-run walk-up sites, four county-run drive-up sites, and eight state-run sites located throughout Riverside County. Testing at all 16 locations is open to anyone, whether they have symptoms or not, and there are no out-of-pocket costs to individuals. Appointments are required at all locations.
