CR&R is offering its customers free Christmas tree disposal from December 26, 2023, through January 19, 2024. CR&R will pick up trees on the regularly scheduled service days.
To use this service, remove all ornaments, tinsel, lights, and the tree stand and place the tree by the curb. Trees over six feet must be cut in half. Cut trees should be placed in the green organics trash bin, bottom first and upright. Flocked trees are accepted; however, they are not compostable.
CR&R customers may also drop off their trees during the collection period at 1706 Goetz Rd., Perris. Customers who miss the collection period may use their bulky item service.
In observance of the holidays, CR&R services will be delayed by one day the week of Christmas and New Year’s Day.
