In celebration of its 75th anniversary of service, Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is inviting customers to participate in its first-ever photo contest, designed to highlight the importance of water in daily life.
The contest offers a unique opportunity for EMWD customers to showcase how water impacts their lives, from everyday routines to moments of recreation, conservation, and connection.
Open exclusively to EMWD customers with a valid service address, the contest seeks to capture the value of water through photography. Participants may submit up to five original photos per service address that illustrate personal connections to water. Submissions must be received by August 31 at 11:59 p.m.
Photos may reflect any of the following themes:
- How do you and your loved ones (pets included) interact with water?
- What water-saving devices have made a difference in your home or business?
- How do you conserve water while caring for your water-efficient landscape?
- What does a water-smart lifestyle look like for your household or business?
The winner will receive a gift basket, valued at $75, and more.
