In line with Governor Newsom’s mandate and to limit exposure to coronavirus, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will be closing its lobby to walk-in business, effective July 15.
Customers can pay their bills using the online bill pay at www.onlinebiller.com/evmwd or EVMWD’s mobile app available through Google Play and Apple Store. To pay by phone, call 951-674-3146.
