Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) has been recognized as a leading workplace within the Inland Empire, achieving this distinction for the fifth consecutive year.
In addition to being named a Top Workplace, EVMWD was awarded a Cultural Excellence Award, underscoring its dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. EVMWD also received Excellence Awards for Innovation, Professional Development, and Compensation and Benefits, with the latter being honored for the past two consecutive years.
The survey, conducted by Energage, a leading research firm specializing in workplace culture, evaluated crucial factors such as employee engagement, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness. The findings underscored exceptional scores for EVMWD across all categories, solidifying its standing as a premier workplace in the region.
