For the seventh consecutive year, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) was recognized as a Top Workplace in the Inland Empire. This year, EVMWD ranked fifth among medium-sized organizations.
The ranking is based on an independent employee survey conducted by Energage, a leader in workplace culture research. The survey evaluates key areas such as employee engagement, organizational health, and leadership.
