Fifteen arrested in Lake Elsinore ‘John’ prostitution sting

A recent crackdown on sex trafficking in the City of Lake Elsinore led to the arrest of 15 suspects, aged between 25 and 70.

Conducted on June 12 by deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station Special Enforcement Team in collaboration with the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force, the “John” prostitution sting aimed to reduce the demand for sex trafficking in Lake Elsinore.

In addition to the arrests, five potential victims were identified and provided victim services and resources.

The suspects arrested were identified as:

  • Jose Gonzalez, 26, of Corona
  • Travis Blancarte, 42, of Hemet
  • Blair Gilliard, 33, of Lake Elsinore
  • Joshua Fetterolf, 25, of Lake Elsinore
  • Lloyd Mcardle, 70, of Lake Elsinore
  • Matthew Campbell, 34, of Lake Elsinore
  • Shelton Hill, 52, of Lake Elsinore
  • Brandon Santiago, 36, of Menifee
  • Uriel Flores, 23, of Menifee
  • Loren Pharris, 51, of Murrieta
  • Sergio Gonzalez, 39, of Perris
  • Jose Romero, 28, of Pomona
  • Jose Zavala, 32, of Riverside
  • Baltes Dhaliwal, 42, of Temecula
  • Bryan Williams, 32, of Upland
