Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle collision Thursday morning that left seven people injured, including two children.
The crash occurred shortly before 7:30 a.m. in the 28000 block of Highway 74 near Riverside Street in the City of Lake Elsinore, where firefighters located a two-vehicle collision requiring extrication.
Five adults and two pediatric patients sustained moderate injuries and were transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
