On August 12, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Station conducted a Traffic Enforcement Saturation patrol throughout the City of Wildomar between the hours of 6 a.m. and 12 p.m.
With a focus on excessive speed and stop sign violations, deputies conducted 44 vehicle enforcement stops and cited 40 drivers for various traffic violations.
The Traffic Enforcement Saturation patrol targeted unsafe drivers to help prevent and reduce the number of traffic collisions. So far in 2020, deputies have investigated 75 traffic collisions, 23 injury collisions, and one collision resulting in a fatality in the City of Wildomar.
