The Canyon Lake Board of Directors on Tuesday approved funding in the amount of $40,000 for the 2021 July 4th fireworks show. The fireworks are launched over the lake from Skipper’s Island at 9 p.m. Spectators can tune into 99.9 FM to hear music synchronized to the fireworks show from anywhere around the lake.
Canyon Lake’s fireworks show is a hometown affair and arguably the best fireworks show in Riverside County. July 4th is one of Canyon Lake’s busiest days of the year. Population soars by the thousands as guests flock to the lake to celebrate Independence Day.
