Game, set, give back: Canyon Lake Jr. Women’s Club to host pickleball tournament fundraiser

The Canyon Lake Junior Women’s Club is gearing up to serve up some friendly competition and community spirit with its annual Round Robin Pickleball Tournament, set for Saturday, February 21, at the Canyon Lake Pickleball Courts.

The tournament is open to both women and men ages 18 and older, and is designed for intermediate and advanced-level players looking to enjoy a fun yet competitive format.

The tournament will follow a competitive round-robin format, giving players multiple matches against similarly skilled opponents. The player with the best poker hand in their division at the end of the tournament wins.

This event also includes raffle prizes and a silent auction.

Registration for intermediate players is at 12:30 p.m., followed by games at 1 p.m. Advanced players will take to the courts later in the afternoon, with registration at 2 p.m. and games beginning at 2:30 p.m.

The entry fee is $40 per person, and all proceeds from the event will directly support the Canyon Lake Junior Women’s Club’s philanthropic efforts. The club is well-known in the community for giving back through scholarships and charitable donations that benefit local families and organizations.

Participants can expect an energetic afternoon of pickleball while supporting a meaningful cause. To register, click here.
