Homeland resident killed during altercation on HWY 74

Jabulani Mensa Robinson, a 42-year-old resident of Homeland, was killed on Wednesday during an altercation with an unknown suspect.

The altercation took place on HWY 74, just west of HWY 79 in the unincorporated area of Riverside County, according to Sergeant Rick Espinoza. Medical personnel responded to the scene and determined the male was deceased.
