The newly sanctioned Mermaids of Canyon Lake Club is hosting a Mermaid Afternoon Tea on Sunday, September 26, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Canyon Lake Senior Center. Costumes are not mandatory but are encouraged.
This event includes a mermaid-themed afternoon tea with assorted finger sandwiches, desserts, traditional scones, clotted cream and jam, champagne, entertainment by DJ Aprile DeAnne, a costume contest, opportunity drawing, and vendors. Additional champagne will be available for purchase by the bottle.
The club is seeking vendors for this event. Vendor spaces are $30.
Tickets cost $35. A limited number of reserve tables are available. Tables of four cost $140. Tables of eight cost $280. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Space is limited. To purchase tickets, contact Kathy Ray [email protected].
