The Dream Center of Lake Elsinore is hosting a Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 8, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at City Park, 243 Main St.
This free community event is designed to help students prepare for the upcoming school year while providing a fun-filled day. Attendees can enjoy a barbecue lunch, a backpack giveaway, haircuts, bounce houses, games, prizes, and more.
The Back to School Bash aims to ease the financial burden many families face as they prepare for a new school year by providing essential school supplies and resources in a welcoming community atmosphere.
Community support plays a vital role in making this event possible. The cost to sponsor a backpack for a child is $10.
In addition to financial contributions, the Dream Center is accepting donations of new shoes, backpacks, and school supplies. Donations can be dropped off at the Dream Center Pantry Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 506 W. Minthorn St., Lake Elsinore.
