On March 2, during the course of an investigation, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station Special Enforcement Team (SET) responded to a hotel in the 30000 block of Town Center Drive in the City of Menifee where deputies contacted Laura Villa, a 31-year-old resident of Lake Elsinore, and Scott Whalin, a 30-year-old resident of Hemet.
