Growing interest in Lake Elsinore’s real estate market and expanding development opportunities brought more than 40 industry professionals together for the city’s Commercial Real Estate Professionals Certificate Program on September 25 at Launch Pointe.
Hosted by the city’s Economic Development Department, the program is designed to help participants gain a better understanding of the city’s growth and development landscape.
The program provides up-to-date information on key projects, individual department updates, market trends, and future investment opportunities, giving real estate professionals useful context for working in Lake Elsinore. Attendees received updates from city departments, agency partners, and community stakeholders on housing, commercial, and infrastructure projects shaping the city’s future.
“This program opens the door to collaboration between the city and the commercial real estate community in an entirely new way,” Gina Gonzalez, Director of Economic Development and Legislative Affairs said. “By assisting our real estate stakeholders how the city operates, we’re giving them the tools to support new investment and quality development in Lake Elsinore, while also targeting community needs, and desires, while also giving them the tools to achieve those targets in Lake Elsinore.”
Upon successful completion, participants received a City of Lake Elsinore Certificate of Completion, official recognition as a Lake Elsinore Leader, and a featured listing on LakeElsinoreBusiness.com (DreamLE.org) as a valued city partner, including a direct link to their business website.
