The City of Lake Elsinore will be starting Phase 1 of its Downtown Streets Pavement Rehabilitation and Striping Project on Monday, July 13. This project is expected to be completed by October and includes 16 streets and more than 1 million square feet of roadway improvements.
Downtown streets to be improved include Chaney, David, Flint, Kellogg, Langstaff, Lewis, Lindsay, Lowell, Matich, Minthorn, Poe, Pottery, Riley, Scrivener, Silver, and Townsend.
Exact dates for when each street will be completed is not known at this time, but residents will be notified at least two days before construction takes place.
Phase 2 of these downtown improvements are planned for next year.
